ALFA LEAD Summer Internship Program
Bank Alfalah’s ALFA LEAD Summer Internship Program has been revamped with an entirely new recruitment process and structure, giving the candidates hands-on experience with high-impact projects and tagging with the senior leaders. The Program is now under the umbrella of ALFA LEAD with the ALFA LEAD Management Trainee Program providing the experience for candidates to carry forward their learning and continue their journey as a Management Trainee when they graduate.
The ALFA LEAD Summer Internship Program is designed for Interns to experience a small portion of the ALFA LEAD Management Trainee Program via Project-based Learning whereby the interns will be provided with a project that will be presented to senior members.
Duration
- 6-8 weeks
Eligibility Criteria
- All Bachelors Students
- Students graduating in June 2025 and currently in the second last year of their degree
Program Structure
Project Based Internship where Interns will be provided a
project to work on. At the end of their internship, once all the deliverables
are executed, the interns will be required to present their projects to the
senior management of Bank Alfalah.
